Ms. Wang Jiefei, Vice Chairman of Fosun Asset Management Co., Ltd., Fosun Global Partner, Senior Assistant to the President of Fosun Group, Chief Human Resources Officer (CHO) of Fosun Banking and Insurance Group, and she also serves as Director of Fidelidade in Portugal.

Ms. Wang joined Fosun Group in 2014 and has successively served as the head of human resources of Fosun China Power Fund, the managing director of human resources of Fosun Group, and the general manager of human resources of Fosun Insurance Group, and was deeply involved in the investment management of multiple cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Before joining Fosun, she served as a senior consultant at Egon Zehnder and Russell Reynolds Associates, the world's top executive search companies, providing human resources management consulting services such as executive search and evaluation, board consulting and CEO succession planning to foreign and Chinese companies.

Ms. Wang graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with a bachelor's degree in engineering with honors.
